1. THE COMFORT
REAL LUXURY:
Stable indoor climate all year round. No cold spots, no humidity, no vibrating doors, no enclosed odors. Timeless and thoughtful architecture. That does not age.
ASPIRATIONAL:
Phased air conditioning, not stable, poor orientation of common areas and bedrooms. Multiple compartmentalization, excessive corridors, very cold and damp areas, unresolved noise, installations on the outside, covers, many levels ….
2. AESTHETIC AND USEFUL COHERENCE
REAL LUXURY:
Luxury homes, start with very clear objectives, which is to bring happiness, a comfortable life, with all the resources available to the families that inhabit them. ASPIRATIONAL:
