The real estate company Ceigrup Torrent, ceigruptorrent.es based in Torroella de Montgrí (Baix Empordà), has created a new division focused on the luxury segment. A product aimed at national and international clients with high purchasing power who seek, above all, privacy.
This new division is aimed at seafront properties, assets with architectural, historical or design value. The executive director of Ceigrup Torrent, Esther Torrent, explains that TheOnEstate theonestate.com, which is the name given to this new business area, has been created in response to a “new buyer profile”. A client, she says, “who is more demanding, more international and more sensitive to heritage and construction quality”, she points out.
Housing located on the seafront or assets with historical and architectural value will be offered in this new line of business.
The Costa Brava has long been in the focus of international buyers with high purchasing power, interested in historic properties such as farmhouses or houses on the seafront. A profile that has been on the rise in recent times.
“The luxury client is not simply looking for a house, but what they are mainly looking for is an experience linked to the territory, architecture and lifestyle,” explains Torrent, who adds that the Costa Brava “has stopped competing on price and is now competing on identity”.

The impulse of this new business division in Ceigrup Torrent -until now very focused on tourist rental reservations and sale and purchase activities- will reinforce the strategic positioning of the group in the high segment of the market. A group that, according to the company, “provides greater stability and resilience in the face of economic cycles”.
The real estate firm’s objective for 2026 is to consolidate growth in the premium segment, strengthen the international presence of this new business area and attract more exclusive products.
Ceigrup Torrent closed the year 2025 with a turnover of 7.86 million euros, 5% more than in the same period of the previous year. With a structure of 49 employees, last year the company carried out a total of 138 purchase and sale operations and managed 4,300 tourist rental bookings.
The combination of both lines of business, to which the luxury division has now been added, allows the company to diversify revenues and maintain operational stability even in contexts of greater regulatory uncertainty. the firm also has a second-home management service.
