TheOnEstate was created within the Ceigrup group as the division specializing in unique properties and clients with high expectations. Born in Empordà, Esther represents the second generation at the head of the family business. Her first steps, between the attention to owners of second homes and the dynamism of tourist rentals, marked a solid foundation to which she added an international stage that gave her a fresh and bold look. In 2010, he took over management, consolidating his profile as a Real Estate Agent and completing his training with the General Management Program at IESE. Today, with TheOnEsta-te, he materializes a global and strategic vision that combines family roots, deep local knowledge and contemporary luxury management.

Jasper Koot

Born in Holland and based in the area since 1991. With a strong international profile, Jasper began his career in the hospitality industry, where he developed a deep understanding of customer service, refined hospitality and a special sensitivity to excellence and detail. Since 2003, he has consolidated his path in the real estate sector, bringing a global vision and a unique ability to understand our client’s needs. Fluent in five languages, Jasper combines professionalism and proximity, facilitating a smooth and personalized experience. Passionate about sailing, local gastronomy and family time, he has found in the Empordà the perfect balance between lifestyle and profession.
